Service Description
Due to the high demand for our handmade loc extensions, a consultation is required. The consultation allows us to see your hair, educate you on the locking process, address your needs, answer any questions, demonstrate, and quote you a price. Hair must be clean, dry, and manageable at the time of your consultation. Non refundable, will be applied towards the cost of service. Unable to schedule an appointment without a consultation. Please be mindful when you book an appointment with us, you are blocking off time, and will prevent the next person from scheduling in that time slot. To reduce your waiting time at the salon, we do not double book our appointments. Should you need to reschedule, please call us 24 hrs ahead of time, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. If you are a no show, you will forfeit your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment, please notify us within 24 hrs. No show, and non-cancelled appointments will result in a $35 charge. We also reserve the right to refuse your future business or provide any services until this charge has been paid. Thank you for understanding.
